The Board of Directors comprises a group of members,some are executive and others are non-executive and expert independent non-executive members as well. The responsibilities of the Board of Directors based on the achievement of long-term financial returns and the preservation of the interests of all parties involved, whether they are customers, shareholders, employees or the team as well as the company’s activities in the surrounding communities.

HE Sheikh / Talal Abdul Qadir Asaad Dagal has extensive and varied experience spanning more than fifty years in the fields of trade, industry, construction, leisure services and the environment where he founded many commercial, entertaining and service projects, founder and general manager for each of the Dagal Foundation for the maintenance and operation of slaughterhouses, and the Dagal foundation for waste, as well as Taiba Land resort, Sheikh Talal was the executive management member at Dagal company for leather tanning for a long time contributed during which the achievements of the company where he served as general manager in 1403, then Chairman of the Board of Management of the company Daqal factory for leather tanning and leather goods in 1422

Sheikh Talal has efficient and professional manner, especially in the business management and technical Affairs fields, he have received many thanks and appreciation certificates, and finished many training courses in business management field, also participated in the presence of the most important economic events and major exhibitions in world capitals.

HE Sheikh Talal has contributed to many social events and development business, he is a member of several non-profit associations in Medina.

HE Mr/ Saud Abdulkader dagal

HE Mr. / Saud Abdul Qadir Asaad Dagal became the CEO of the company in 1435. In accordance with a plan to enhance the company’s position in the Saudi markets. The company’s performance was marked by the adoption of specific policies of the Council for the adoption of the best standards in the areas of corporate governance and risk management, which in turn contribute to building the company’s business development and the preservation of the rights of the owners of the various interests.

Professor / Saud has been a member of the executive management of Al-Dagal factories company for tanning leather for a long time, during which he contributed to the achievements of the company where he served as director of financial management as well as the Director of Marketing in 1405, Then the Deputy Director in 1421.

Mr. Saud went to the University of Colorado CSU USA at 85/1986, he had many training courses in business management and marketing, and professional training in a number of international companies in Germany, as a student on the hands of professionals experts to gain experience in the tanning field and leather industry, he used to attend the most important events and major exhibitions of the industry in the world as Exhibit Hong Kong, Italy and Istanbul Kmmthela company Daqal factory.

Mr/ Saud has a wide and varied experience spanning more than 45 years in the industry and trade areas and has high efficiency, especially in marketing and business management areas and good reputation, he was a member in the Council Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the city of Medina, as well as his work in many of the leading departments as well, and the post of marketing management for many years and the membership of the executive management of the company Dagal company, and  Medina Honda Agencies management.

HE Mr. Saud has contributed to many social events and development business, he is a member of many associations is a non-profit association of children with disabilities in Medina.

HE / Dr. Khalid Abdul Qadir Asaad Dagal has extensive and varied experience stretching for over forty years in the management of industrial and commercial areas,he is a founder and general manager of Foundation Khaled Dagal Trade (Florina) and one of the largest institutions growth in trade markets and shoes shows in the USA and the Middle East markets, winning several international agencies for shoes.

Dr. Khalid has held membership of the executive management of Al-Dagal factories company for tanning leather for a long time, during which he contributed to the achievements of the company where he served as Financial and Administrative Director in 1410, then the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management and Managing Director of Al-Dagal factories company for leather tanning and leather goods in 1430.

Dr. Khalid has had a Bachelor of Commerce, Business Management Division of the King Abdul Aziz University, and a master’s degree and doctorate in business administration, as well as a variety of training courses in this field, he also participated in the presence of the most important economic events and major exhibitions in world capitals.

Dr Khalid has is efficient and professional, especially in the areas of business and financial management, management, as he is a member of Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the city of Medina for the tenth session, President and member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the city of Medina session of the tenth and twelfth Industrial Committee, member of the Saudi National Industrial Committee, a member of the Subcommittee on leather tanning Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, a member of the industrial cities team, member of the Saudi Management Association.

Mr. /Ghazi Abdul Qadir Dagal is the vice chairman of the Dagal company for leather tanning pro-sector since 1436. and he has a wide variety of experience spanning more than fifty years in the fields of trade and Administrative Affairs and human resources.

Mr. / Ghazi has held membership of the executive management of Al-Dagal factories company for tanning leather for a long time, during which he contributed to the achievements of the company where he was Director of Purchasing Department in 1404, then as director of human resources, and then served as Director of Administrative Affairs Department until he served as deputy head of business support sector in 1435 AH .

HE Mr. / Ghazi got many thanks and appreciation certificates, as well as a variety of training courses in the new work system field, from Faisal University, Prince Sultan College for Management in Jeddah

HE Mr. / Ghazi has a wide and varied experience spanning more than 45 years in Industry and Commerce fields and Administrative Affairs, he has contributed in raising the efficiency of work at human resources management, as well as the development of mechanisms of procurement work and he  has high efficiency especially in the human resource management fields.

Dr. Ahmed Khadr is a consultant of corporate affairs, executive vice president of operations in Beit Saudi experience consulting legal and corporate affairs at the University of Thebes. He has long experience in providing consulting services to companies and advisory bodies, offices and institutions, development of high-level around the world, especially the Middle East and the Gulf region and the United States in areas relating to the affairs of companies and institutional such as construction and restructuring, governance, compliance and social responsibility, sustainability and investor relations firms, and management of change and the preparation of the Constitution family businesses, In addition to consulting companies and commercial laws and regulations and to comply with the drafting of international contracts, negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes. Membership of boards of directors and committees a number of commercial companies and institutions served as a non-profit. A professor of commercial law, international trade and capital markets operations and the Assistant banks Taibah University in Saudi Arabia, and has a leading authors in the field of corporate governance and disclosure, transparency and corporate restructuring and reform of state-owned enterprises.

Dr. Ahmed got a bachelor’s degree in Law, Master of International Trade, and doctoral degree with honors from Ain Shams University in Cairo, and a certificate of professional CRMA in the field of corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions of the College of Business Administration at Harvard University, USA. Dr. Ahmed oriented his efforts towards corporate affairs, where he participated in many international conferences and working groups around the world and visited many universities and centers of governance and management companies in the United States and Europe (such as Harvard, Yale, New York University, Columbia), and participated in the submission of proposals for the issuance of Law Wall Street reform of the United States of America, as well as his choice of NYU University as the author of many legal systems from the Gulf States World Programme of the law.
